A normal intake form collects requested pages, favorite colors, budget, and examples. This method also asks why those choices matter, which value wins when priorities conflict, what the client rejects, how much novelty they welcome, and what their corrections reveal.
The aim is to give the AI enough inspectable context to make a reasonable choice at an unanticipated fork. Explicit statements, observed choices, AI inferences, and unresolved tensions remain separate records.
Collect
Goals, priorities, motivations, tradeoffs, aesthetic reasoning, anti-preferences, risk tolerance, decision style, contradictions, and corrections.
Preserve
The source, confidence, and status of every inference so the client can inspect, correct, qualify, export, or remove it.
Use
Let the profile inform delegated choices while evidence, accessibility, safety, and explicit client decisions retain authority.
Test
Record which decisions used the profile, compare them with the client’s later reaction, and revise or discard failed inferences.
AI-Assisted Website Build Profile
A website brief describes the desired result. This profile also preserves the system around it: authoritative business facts, audience and purchasing context, content readiness, existing tools, assets, ownership, licenses, dependencies, delegated decisions, human gates, release evidence, and maintenance conventions.
The result is portable project memory. A later human or AI session should be able to continue the job without inventing facts or rediscovering settled decisions.
