Export formats available

Hi, need to clean up my AI chats so I can work with them in other places. What formats are available for out put?

docx is fine I guess….

I need to upload them, here is number one. Basically you can opt for user says and chatGPT says just lke in the logs. But each of the Ai responses has a paragraph mark at the end of every line, pain in the tookus. Also my spelling grammar and punctuation as well as typing suck. ^_^ so it needs quite a bit of clean up. See what you can do?

can we bold the labels for user: and chatGPT: and perhaps use a font 2pts larger so they stick out a bit. As well there is all kinds of markup in here that needs to get reverted to the actual stuff, like

• stuff inside asterisks * should be in italics
  /stuff inside slashes/ should be in bold except in URL's or when in (perens/where slashes /are used as seperators) and the responses from the AI you know .. the chatGPT: sections still seem to have a paragraph mark for each line so the whole response only seems to take up a small collumn

Now, the only parts I still am not sure about is there are several places that have these ———————————————————————— set of dashes, I am going to hand remove them from this particular document but I still ahve a few more docs to do this with and what should we do with them.. just remove such things? or where they some form of mark up something? or just seperator line?
