It combines four layers: <strong>content<\/strong> (docs\/chunks + embeddings), <strong>token<\/strong> (words\/forms with learned <strong>senses<\/strong> and real text <strong>instances<\/strong>), <strong>cognition<\/strong> (conversations, reflections, memories), and a <strong>lattice<\/strong> that links everything together with typed edges, multi-scale clusters (\u201ccells\u201d), neighbor caches, and lightweight dynamics (activations, decay\/reinforcement). Configurable constants (e.g., the golden ratio \u03a6) and optional spiral\/toroidal coordinates let us overlay simple geometry on top of vector space.
